ASSISTANT GYM / FREE TOOL / ALPHA

Does the bill add up?

Check line-item multiplication and receipt totals with exact cents. Catch a wrong extension or total before passing it on.

Local-only: no upload, account, API key or model call. Type line items into the form or paste CSV. This checks arithmetic, not the receipt's authenticity or whether a charge is justified.

This is standalone browser version 0.2.30. Toolkit 0.2.29 bundles a downloadable edition. The guided form is a browser feature, not yet in that bundle.

1. Enter the bill

LINE ITEMS - enter explicit numbers

Line-item form

The form copies your entries into CSV below. Review them before checking.

Or paste CSV

Paste CSV with item,quantity,unit_price,line_total. Quoted CSV prices may use grouped thousands ("1,234.56"); unquoted commas separate columns. Prices use decimal amounts, at most two digits after the decimal. Quantities are positive integers, at most 6 digits; prices allow at most 12 integer digits. Up to 1,000 items / 2 MB. One currency per bill. Currency labels must be exactly three letters, A-Z. Lowercase a-z becomes uppercase; other characters are rejected. Format only, not currency-code validation or conversion.

This browser edition checks the numbers you enter in the form or CSV. Photo/PDF import is excluded because extraction is not reliable enough.

Start with the sample or your own line items.

2. Review the math

No bill checked yet.

A matching total does not override a wrong line item. Duplicate item labels warn ignoring letter case and NFC Unicode differences, but repeated legitimate items can share a name. Enter the tax as a dollar amount; we will not guess the tax rate or rounding policy. Quantities must be whole numbers. Negative item prices are rejected; use the discount field for credits.
