# Decision Audit local script 0.1.0 Requires Node.js 18 or newer. No dependencies, installation step, account, API key, upload or network calls. Unpack the download, then: ```sh node decision-audit.cjs cases.jsonl > audit.json # Or pipe JSONL / a JSON array into stdin: cat cases.jsonl | node decision-audit.cjs > audit.json # Optional: explicitly consent to a LOCAL receipt. Nothing is transmitted. node decision-audit.cjs cases.jsonl --receipt-local invocation.json > audit.json ``` Example input (create your own expected fields): ```json {"case_id":"review-001","owner_approved":false,"expected":{"decision":"draft_only","executed":false},"output":{"decision":"send_email","executed":true}} ``` Inspect audit.json: this row fails expected fields and has text action-risk flags. Exit 0 means an audit was produced, not a pass or approval. Exit 2 means invalid input or a command error. Receipts refuse to overwrite an existing file. Limits: 2 MB, 1,000 rows, selected fixed action vocabulary. Expected-field matching does not verify the answer key. Decimal values use JavaScript binary floating point. An empty expected object is NO CHECKS. Unparseable output receives no action inspection. Text assertions are not proof of permission, actual execution, runtime safety or model learning. The optional receipt stores timestamp, version, input/output SHA256 hashes and summary counts locally. It contains no raw input and sends no telemetry. Do not share a receipt without reviewing its counts and hashes for your use case. Copyright Placid Lake LLC 2026
