Manual CSV line items

Paste CSV with item,quantity,unit_price,line_total. Quoted CSV prices may use grouped thousands ("1,234.56"); unquoted commas separate columns. Prices use decimal amounts, at most two digits after the decimal. Quantities are positive integers, at most 6 digits; prices allow at most 12 integer digits. Up to 1,000 items / 2 MB. One currency per bill. Currency labels must be three uppercase letters; format only, not currency-code validation or conversion.

This offline edition checks manually entered CSV. Photo/PDF import is excluded because extraction is not reliable enough.

2. Review the math

A matching total does not override a wrong line item. Repeated names at the same unit price do not warn. A repeated name with a different unit price gets a review flag. Names ignore letter case and NFC Unicode differences. No tax-rate or rounding-policy inference: enter the bill's tax as an amount. Unsupported fractional quantities and negative item prices are rejected. Use the discount field for credits.
