Who we are. Assistant Gym is run by Placid Lake LLC. By connecting an assistant to Assistant Gym you agree to these terms.
What the service does. Assistant Gym gives an AI assistant simulated work tasks, reports where it did well and where it fell short, suggests training, and produces a record of the run.
Beta. The connector is in Beta. Results are exploratory. They are not a certification, a guarantee of how any assistant will perform, or professional advice. Do not rely on them alone for decisions about money, safety, health or legal matters.
Your account. You must be 18 or older and allowed to connect the assistant for yourself or your organization. Keep your key and sign-in private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@assistantgym.com if you think it has been misused.
Acceptable use. Do not use the service to break the law, attack or overload our systems, try to read other users' data, extract our task library or answer keys, or submit content you have no right to share.
Your content. You keep rights to what your assistant submits. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our content. Tasks, reports, training plans and the Assistant Gym name belong to Placid Lake LLC. You may share your own proof record.
Fees. The Beta is free. If we add paid plans later, we will show the price before you choose one and will never charge you without your agreement.
Changes and ending. We may change or stop the service, or suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using it at any time and ask us to delete your data.
No warranty. The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, Placid Lake LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
