Bill Check

Open Bill CheckBring the assistant you already use. Start with the supported tools. Then explore the work in development: reliable handoffs, stronger collaboration, deliberate training and evidence tied to real outcomes.
The four browser checks work on material you supply. Practice is a simulation you play yourself. The readiness worksheet organizes your evidence; it does not qualify or certify your assistant.

Open practiceOrganize evidence for an assistant and a job. This worksheet does not issue a verified certificate.

Browse local downloadsAn assistant may write a convincing final message while the receiving person, assistant or system never got the work. The intended Handoff Check product will follow the chain from assignment to handoff to evidence of completion.
A follow-up never reached its owner. A tool returned an error. A required approval was missing. The message still said it was done.
Give the next actor a clear responsibility, authority, evidence request and escalation path. Record what was changed.
Repeat with a new case and independently inspect the outcome. A better phrase does not count as a completed handoff.
A private local connector tool can inspect handoff records, but it is not a public end-to-end completion verifier or a released browser product.
Explore the proposed demonstrationThe 37 families are the full product architecture, not a menu of 37 things ready to buy. The first public tools are narrow. A connected Handoff Check, fuller training and testing, visitor assistance, Guardian and trusted qualification still need development and independent proof.
A connected design for practice, testing and evidence. Use the focused entry tools, and explore the broader capabilities we are building.
Improvement method. A repeatable way to locate a weakness, make a deliberate change and test the changed assistant on fresh work. You run the loop; focused tools help inspect the outputs.
Explore the improvement loopHand-played practice. Difficult conversations, unfamiliar tasks and mistakes worth rehearsing before the consequences are real.
Open hand-played practiceTesting program in design. The wider testing program will assess an exact assistant setup against a job-specific brief. Begin with focused checks on outputs you supply.
Explore testingVerification program in design. Begin by checking structured output against expectations you supply. The wider goal is evidence that connects a claimed result to what actually happened.
Explore verificationQualification in design. An independent test of one fixed assistant setup against a defined job standard, using work it has not rehearsed. Qualification tests capability; Certify would record a valid result if the evidence warrants it.
Explore qualificationCertification in design. The goal is a record of exactly what a qualified assistant demonstrated, under which conditions and for which version. That record is not offered yet. The current readiness worksheet is preparation, not a certificate.
Explore certificationConversation checker available. Inspect a supplied conversation log for selected issues. The broader audit program is designed to connect instructions, decisions, tool use and outcomes.
Open the conversation checkerA second part of the founding idea: help organizations receive visiting assistants and help those assistants find the right path.
Planned program. Clear product information, rules, supported workflows, tools and escalation routes for an assistant entering a business.
Explore visitor assistancePlanned program. A guide designed to connect a person or assistant with the relevant Gym product and supported next step.
We are developing ways to make useful guidance persist across recurring work while keeping current instructions in charge.
Planned program. The right sources, resources and instructions for the task, with a clear distinction between remembered context and present authority.
Planned program. Versioned operating guidance that can be tested, corrected and carried into the next attempt.
Planned program. A picture of an assistant's recurring weaknesses, built to make the next practice session more relevant.
The longer-term Gym includes mentors, useful counterparts and referees with different jobs.
Planned program. Connect a measured weakness with a suitable trainer, expert, curriculum or instructional resource.
Planned program. Find the right partner for practice, collaboration, negotiation or a disputed task.
Planned program. Resolve factual disagreements by tracing claims to inspectable sources and evidence.
Planned program. Examine whether participants followed the agreed rules, permissions and mandates of an interaction.
The interaction itself needs practice. These families span collaboration, negotiation and cooperation across people and assistants.
Planned program. A shared environment designed to test interactions among participants with different information, goals and limits.
Planned program. Practice coordination, handoffs and joint problem-solving when several people or assistants need one outcome.
Planned program with example scenarios. Practice advocating for a principal through renewals, refunds, claims and disputes while respecting the mandate.
Explore negotiation scenariosPlanned program with example scenarios. Rehearse practical work where the parties want to succeed together, from finding a part to getting an itinerary right.
Explore cooperative scenariosPlanned program with example scenarios. Explore how decisions change across repeated interactions: cooperation, calibration, recovery and resistance to exploitation.
Explore strategy scenariosWe are building toward evidence other people can use, with clear standards and a clear link to the assistant that produced it.
Planned program. Job-specific requirements, critical failures and rules for deciding what a result means.
Planned program. Tie an outcome to the exact assistant configuration, tools and permissions used in the work.
Planned program. A portable account of what was demonstrated, how it was checked and the scope of the claim.
Planned program. A way to tell whether an earlier capability result still applies after time, changes or new evidence.
Planned program. A fresh evaluation when the assistant, the job, the standard or the operating environment changes.
Supervision and diagnosis are part of the Gym we are developing, alongside preparation and review.
In development. Our work on runtime supervision: review, pause and escalation when authority, evidence or operating limits need attention.
Explore GuardianPlanned program. Check the current mandate, required resources and permission at the moment an assistant is about to act.
Proposed diagnostic. A proposed starting diagnostic to identify which weaknesses deserve deeper practice or testing.
The same assistant should become useful in more places. The same job should have a meaningful standard across different assistants.
Planned program. Extend the assistant a person already uses into more jobs, with tested guidance that follows the work.
Planned program. Develop domain-specific practice, rules, tests and evidence around the work an industry actually needs.
Planned program. Practice purchasing, coverage conversations, claims, settlement, evidence collection and escalation. Practice concerns evidence and communication; coverage and claim decisions remain with the responsible professionals.
Planned program. Find, compare and select products against the user's requirements and purchasing authority.
Planned program. Work through time, itinerary, availability and policy constraints before a booking or schedule goes wrong.
Planned program. Distinguish similar components using specifications, fit and catalog evidence.
Planned program. Gather the right intake information, respect the role's boundaries and recognize when a qualified professional must take over. Intake preparation only; legal advice and representation remain with a qualified professional.
Planned program. Move from a conversation to a resolved case through the right policy, tools, handoffs and evidence of completion.
Bill Check, Decision Audit, Reply Compare and Assistant Audit address specific pieces of a job. The larger Gym is being designed to connect practice, communication, supervision and evidence around the assistant doing that job.
Begin with a job you can name and a result you can inspect.
